29 August 1968: Natural Rubber Conference

This FDC was cancelled in Kuala Lumpur along with the Posted at Dewan Tunku Abdul Rahman cachet. Dewan Tunku Abdul Rahman is at today’s Malaysia Tourism Centre (MaTiC). This is a very rare cover as not many covers sent from the site has the cachet.
