22 January 1983: Launch of LNG Export from Bintulu
This FDC was cancelled in Bintulu and is very scarce. I will put the scarcity even higher than the Earth Satellite Station.
This FDC was cancelled in Kuching.
14 March 1983: Commonwealth Day
This FDC was issued as a worldwide collection on The History and Heritage of the Commonwealth and cancelled in Kuala Lumpur.
This FDC was cancelled in Kuantan. The DYMM Yang Dipertuan Agong is from Pahang. The colour printing on the envelope is also badly aligned.
15 July 1983: Silver Jubilee of the Reign of DYMM the Sultan of Kedah
This FDC was cancelled in Alor Setar.
16 September 1983: Golden Jubilee of the Malaysian Armed Forces
This issue coincided with Malaysia Day. Both FDCs were cancelled in MINDEF (Ministry of Defence).

26 October 1983: Hornbills of Malaysia
This FDC was cancelled in Kuching, Sarawak, the Land of the Hornbills (Bumi Kenyalang).
This FDC was cancelled in Kota Kinabalu.
MINDEF still have post office now?
Apparently still open as per Pos Malaysia’s listing: http://www.pos.com.my/pos_bm/about_us/network/branch_location/kuala_lumpur3.aspx
I have not been there anytime recently to check.

How rare is the 1983 Hari Komanwel fdc by the issue from The history & heritage of the commonwealth? Seems unable to find one in ebay. Thank you.
Hi! It is a private issue and sold in a full set of all Commonwealth participating countries.
Thus it is hard to come by loose FDC e.g. just Malaysia.
It is not rare but not commonly seen.
