I had a lot of questions on the above issue.
So here are some useful information:
- The online order is open from 01 September 2026 but only ships out after 16 September 2026. This option is for those who are far from the local Philatelic Bureau (usually at the General Post Offices and main branches across the states). https://shop.pos.com.my/hari-malaysia-2026-first-day-cover-with-stamps.html

2. APOM! sells the Folder Set (whole set) and you can buy the full set on 16 September 2026 at the Old Post Office Building next to Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad. This option is if you do not plan on making your own version. You can also order their merchandise at: https://apom.my/collections/empatbelas-2026
3. If you like to stick your own design, then wait for 17 September 2026 and buy directly at the respective local Philatelic Bureau.
4. Making a concordant First Day Cover and Maxicard:
- Stick one state stamp per envelope and cancel in the respective state’s General Post Office. Exchange with other friends.
- Buy the APOM! Postcard to make maxicards.
- In both the methods above, you will have space to put the official cachets of the 14 States plus the Empat Belas cachet. Bring your own ink if you are going for the concordant cachets. They are at the entrance of the APOM! Shop in the Old Post Office.
