The answer is Yes and No.
The official date of issue is still 24 April 2017 on the pictorial cancellation. However the stamp will be released on 25 April 2017. Perlis, Kedah and Negeri Sembilan will have the date of sale on 26 April 2017.
This time there is a single stamp of DYMM Seri Paduka Baginda YDPA XV – Sultan Muhammad V of 60 sen. However the stamps will be released in a sheetlet of 20 imperforated and 20 perforated. The Miniature Sheet is RM 5.00. As usual an empty folder will be sold at RM 6.00. All prices indicated are before GST.
