Pos Malaysia this evening released the image for the corresponding Joint Stamp Issue as follows:
All 4 stamps will have the RM 1.00 denomination. Hmmm would have been fun it is was 100 sen?
A plus point for Standing Order Deposit Account (SODA) holders, you will get JOHOR BAHRU cancellations as depicted in the poster! Cool right?

Just a hint, the items need to be paid using PayPal as Singapore Post only accepts LOCAL Credit cards (great if you have a credit card issued in Singapore). Using PayPal you can redirect to pay using your Credit Card. Sounds like a roundabout way to use your credit card. Another hint, the items will be sent using International Mail at SGD 7.10 per order of about 12 FDCs, so it will make sense to pool together.
