The next release of the unissued stamps are the Scented Flowers and National Laureates setenant strips issues. I was just thinking aloud, shouldn’t these be called “issued” now that it is issued or what do you call these then? Issued Unissued setenant strips?

Rather than sharing a useless image of a picture, here is THE order form (sorry, I need to shrink it or it takes forever to load and download). This is the correct version whereby each SODA can order only 1 set. 😦
The image on the back of the order form is of not much use. It looks like the same setenant on the SODA FDCs. Seems like no full sheets, just strips of setenants being offered to SODA.
Okay, if you are still not planning to open a SODA …… maybe it is really time to think about it??? The writing is on the wall….and it is HUGH calligraphy!
