The previously unissued Scented Flowers Series 2 and National Laureates setenant stamps were released this week. The original setenants were issued on the SODA FDCs. Subsequently orders forms were issued around August 2016 for the mint stamp sheets (https://myfdc.me/2016/08/06/updated-scented-flowers-and-national-laureates-unissued-setenant-strip-order-form/).

The National Laureates are issued as single minisheets in bundles of 100 minisheets (they are bundled up similar to miniature sheets). Here is the image. I like the fresh crisp feel of the minisheet.
