Pos Malaysia will open a booth staffed by the Selangor Postal Team. Expect some nice surprises from the past and a special Hornbill MS Overprinted with the Stamp Fair @ Putrajaya logo. Special cachet cancellation:
There will not be any envelopes and at the time of writing the Philatelic Society Malaysia has not indicated an intention of issuing a cover for the event. In any case the old Hornbill First Day Cover envelopes will do just as well.
Anyone keen to order along, I will be making the covers with the cachet + Putrajaya Post Office cancellations for both days (17 and 18 April 2025) too. Message me if you are keen, only pre-paid orders will be made.
Philatelic Society Malaysia will also have the stamp fair and will offer valuation services as well as 2 talks:
