Designs of Singapore Post’s 100th Anniversary of the Causeway

The date of sale of the 100th Anniversary of the Causeway has been confirmed as 28 June 2024. Singapore Post released the images today.

The 1st Local values depict the Causeway from the Past from both Singapore and Malaysia.

The 85 cents depict the Causeway from the Present from both Singapore and Malaysia.

Excited?

Best locations are:

  1. Taman Sri Tebrau and Jusco Tebrau as the Causeway crosses the Tebrau Straits (Selat Tebrau).
  2. Johor Bahru as this is the closest Post Office (and incidentally the General Post Office)
  3. Woodlands as that is where the Causeway is on Singapore.
  4. General Post Office as this is where you can get the pictorial philatelic post mark.
