Today is another exciting day as collectors across ASEAN made their way to their respective post offices to create their own unique ASEAN Post cover or exchange mails with their ASEAN fellow collectors.
The day started early and it seems to have a steady stream of buyers both regular and a dealer all the way from Penang on ETS! Well finally people understood concordancy and the value it brings!
Here is the General Post Office in Kuala Lumpur (GPO or PPB KL).
It looks as splendid as it did in 1984 when it was officiated. It is located inside the Dayabumi Complex.
Here are some collectors and guests that came in the morning to the Kuala Lumpur Philatelic Bureau Headquarters.
It was a fun day where I did not need to drive across Malaysia to make a concordant cover and that meant I could hang out with a fellow collector and catch up over a meal.
It was more postings and they are “On the Way” as Malaysians love to say!
