Next issue: 100 Years of Rubber Research

The next issue is planned on 08 December 2025 to coincide with the centennial celebration of rubber research.

The rubber research in Malaysia was established back in 1925 as the Rubber Research Institute. It is world famous for the research centre in Sungai Buloh.

Today all these are consolidated under the Malaysian Rubber Board (Lembaga Getah Malaysia).

Fast forward to today, the celebration will take place near its present office in Jalan Ampang opposite Petronas Twin Towers! The 2 days event will be held on 08 – 09 December 2025 in Hall 1 of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre!

Be on the look out for stamp event and special postmarking.

It would be easier to buy at the Kuala Lumpur Philatelic Bureau HQ before heading to Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

  1. Setenant stamps of RM 1.30 x 2
  2. Minature Sheet of RM 5.00
  3. Blank envelope of 50 sen
  4. Empty folder of RM 6.00
