This is a special order form for Standing Order Deposit Account (SODA) holders. Remember the first unissued setenant stamps from the Four Nations Exhibition? There is also the Traditional Dance Series 2 setenant full sheet available for SODA. Each SODA can order one full sheet of each issue.

If you still do not have a SODA, I think it is high time you rethink your strategy. Of late there has been a lot of specials such as the setenant strips of stamps on FDC, the special cancellations (e.g. Kuching cancellation for the River Transportation in Sarawak), special ASEAN Community Joint Issue pack and now the unissued setenant full sheet. All you need is to maybe just order one set of FDCs!
Hmmmm, now that the setenant strips are issued….it should no longer be call unissued!
