This has to be the most affordable folder issued to date! The Penang Adventist Hospital released a commemorative Setem Ku Folder set at the price of RM 30.00 on 12 August 2024. Due to the numerous issues when this was released, I managed to make a post a video (link below) but did not have time to do a proper write-up.
First up, my deepest appreciation to En Izzat Amiruddin for the on site reporting without which really important information would be missed out.
If you go to Penang Adventist Hospital, go to the main entrance and there is a passageway converted into a heritage walk.
