The Philatelic Bureau Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur will be open on 17 September 2024. You can still head on to MAEPS Serdang for the special cancellation.
This is the first time that a non-related stamp issue had a special event cancellation (MAHA stamp issue is a related to the event), marking another first in out philatelic history.
