You can send an email to Bank Negara Malaysia with your details to order. The email order ends on 05 September 2017 (01:00 pm). In case of oversubscription, balloting will be performed.

If you are successful, you can collect the order at the Museum and Art Gallery (daily, including on weekends and public holidays) and at the Bank’s offices in Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Kuala Terengganu (normal work days).
This is what I call customer friendly! This will greatly impact the coin dealers as the market is more open. I guess the dealers will be opening multiple email accounts!
