flowers again…why can’t animals like way back then…orchid is too singapore haha
What’s the meaning of national definitive? Is it postage for local Malaysia only, can’t use it for international mailing?
Hi Ken,
National definitive means the same design is used nationally. It can be used for international mail. However there is a 6% GST. International stamps do not have 6% GST.
If you are sending for friends and collectors, I guess the 6% is not a factor unlike the business use.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for clarifying this matter. Many of the postcrossers think that it’s for domestic mailing only. And I don’t realise it’s GST inclusive too.
Hi Ken,
Here is the announcement: https://myfdc.me/2016/10/02/implementation-of-gst-and-postal-use-of-international-stamps/
Hope this helps.
