It is spreading! The latest report from Gary was that the 40 sen Federal Territory Garden Flowers Definitive reprint also came out without the reprint marking.
Thus only 10 sen is a mystery…..
The RM 1 National Orchids Definitive made the same appearance without the reprint marking as well!
Seems the National Orchids Definitive series have started to move in this direction.
Both definitives were spotted by Gary in Puchong.
