Singapore – Malaya / Malaysia Cross Use Listings

Singapore – Malaya / Malaysia Cross Use Listings

Here is the deal on eBay.

I am also disposing of some of my cross use period covers. I believe they are reasonable start prices. The Singapore FDC with Malaya / Malaysia postmarks are harder to find than Malaya / Malaysia FDCs with Singapore postmarks.

Here is the link: https://www.ebay.com/sch/sky52200/m.html?item=362519938515&hash=item5467df45d3%3Ag%3ALAQAAOSwxtVcJe4n%3Ark%3A1%3Apf%3A0&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562

To refine, just use “Cross Use”.

Sticking with Lego Fans this December 2017

Sticking with Lego Fans this December 2017

The Stamp Week 2017 is scheduled to be held from 04 – 10 December 2017. In an announcement put up by Pos Malaysia in the Philatelic Bureau HQ, the stamps will feature LEGOLAND characters! The theme of the stamp issue is Children’s Holiday Activities. This should generate high interest from Lego collectors!

In addition, 04 December 2017 is also supposed to be the date of sale for the 150 Years Straits Settlement Stamps (Permanent Issue). This will feature a Miniature Sheet with the images of the Straits Settlement stamps having the permanent name of “Straits Settlements” used from December 1867 as opposed to an overprint on India stamps back in 01 September 1867.

Thus with 2 sales scheduled on 04 December 2017, it looks set to be a very busy day!
