Penang Philatelic Society is also organising their own 11.11 sale of a limited edition postcard featuring the Penang Digital Library.

The postcards can then be used to make a Stamp Fair souvenir card as the society plans to make a cachet for the event from 14 – 15 December 2019.
The stamp fair takes place in the Penang Digital Library from 9 am to 6 pm.
