I went over to the KL GPO during lunch time and was happy to find the Mel Rakyat new design was available. I quickly send what I can.
Apparently the Mel Rakyat was released last week (week of 23 December 2019) but the staff could not quite remember. This is a real miss for collector of first day of posting due to the lack of promotion.
In addition, today was a surprising release of the 60 sen Orchid Reprint 2019/6.
