Well in a last ditched effort, I managed to catch some rats.
Additional information:
1. Penang GPO received the stock almost towards noon.
2. Sungai Petani Post Office received insufficient folders and was sold out after 2 customers.
3. Kuching GPO has yet to receive the stocks.
4. Posters were finished in the KL Philatelic Bureau.
