Kuala Lumpur Tower (Menara Kuala Lumpur) released instructions on how to order their Personalised commemorative stamps their Facebook. The stamps were mentioned last year as part of their 25th anniversary celebrations. It was a bit of a surprise that it was only just being opened for orders.

Basically pay to their CIMB account and email them your details and wait for confirmation before collecting the item at their counter in Kuala Lumpur Tower. Limited to only 500 pieces.
Sadly since it is way past the anniversary date, there is no chance to make a souvenir cover, even with a meaningful 2021.
Do not click to the merchandise website. It is just a webpage with images and an annoying pop-up stuck to the image on the screen directing you to Twitter or back to Facebook. You have been advised.
Plus there is NO folder! Just the mint sheetlet inside an envelope with the freebies (refer to video below).
