Quantities for the Honey Bees in Malaysia Stamp Issue

In today’s Media Preview (05 April 2019), Pos Malaysia provided additional information on the quantities for this issue.

1. Stamps: 200,000 pieces of stamps per design

2. Miniature Sheet: 22,000 pieces

3. Envelopes: 27,000 pieces

4. Empty Folders: 1,600 pieces

The designer is Mr KY Lim from Reign Associates.

Hello, do you have further information about the chemical formula on each stamp. It seems to be idonic acid, but I don’t know a connection to honey or bees. Any answer is highly appreciated!

  Hi Dr Detlef Werner, on closer inspection, yes the chemical structure depicted on the stamps is idonic acid. I am not sure about the link… I will try and look for the information brochure to see if there is anything.
