Thanks to Eric for the timely reminder on a probable minor Palindrome date today if you find a post office that uses: 02-02-2020 (old large 50 sen round canceller).
Most cancellers are the small 10 sen round cancellers with 02-02-20 which will not be minor Palindrome.
Only post offices in shopping malls are open today. There ate states which are open, try looking in these states.
Prepare your registered envelopes.
