Here are the facts:
1. Major Philatelic Bureau branches received MS 2 to MS 6 on 01 December 2014.
2. GPO KL and KL Convention Centre Exhibition issued MS 1 on 01 December 2014.
3. Smaller Philatelic Bureaus received their MS 2 to MS 6 on 02 December 2014!
4. Branch Post Offices received their MS 2 to MS 6 on 02 December 2014…
5. KL Convention Centre Exhibition released the MS 2 to MS 6 on 02 December 2014.
6. MS 7 is still pending.
Big puzzle for me. Here are some of the views:
1. Should the First Day of Issue (FDI) be 01 December 2014 for this series and the Daily Exhibition cancellations be as per the poster?
2. Should the FDI be 01 December 2014 for MS 1 to MS 6 and FDI for MS 7 be whichever date it is released?
3. Should the FDI be the same as the Daily Exhibition cancels thus there are 6 different dates of issue and 01 December 2014 is a pre-issue?
