Following the original news report (https://myfdc.me/2015/06/26/more-pandas/), it seems that there will be something philatelically interesting on 03 September 2015. From the Zoo Negara news release, a special postcard will be launched in conjunction with the 9th Birthday bash!
So it might be a good idea to just drop by and have a look. Kids can go in for free! If you are born on 23 August, you can go in for free too!! Sorry, grown-up kids need to pay 😦
